Success and Quality Recognised at the Goldeneyes

The GoldenEye awards which were held in The Balmoral Conference Centre on April 14th, have become the Oscars for the Internet Industry. A glittering affair hosted by TV personality Eamon Holmes recognised the great and the good of NI's E-business sector for 2004/2005.
All tolled it was a fantastic night for Biznet Solutions' staff and Clients, picking up 6!!! awards on the night.
- Trabolgan.com and Hostelling International picked up 2 of the 8 Website of the Month Awards.
- Web Designer of the Year - Janny Pyper (Biznet Solutions)
- The New E-Tourism Category was won by the Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau Portal (www.gotbelfast.com) who were also higly commended in the Website of the Year category.
- Chemical Treatment Services runner up in the e-business section for their ELRM solution.
This year's entry with over 400 submissions, was the largest ever. With representation from the Biznet Solutions client base in all categories (Maxol Direct, Fermanagh District Council and Hasting Hotels also making the short list), the success at the Goldeneyes bears testimony to the quality of Biznet's E-business solutions and client partnerships.
