Summary

In June 2004, London based Diversity Solutions Consultancy Ltd. commissioned Biznet Solutions to develop software to enable them to deliver their courses on diversity and equality online. The system was to be robust and highly secure as Diversity Solutions' client base resides within both the private and public sector including many Police Authorities. Diversity's objective was to take their knowledge online and deliver courses that were suitable, affordable and accessible at any time for staff at all levels.

This system would also allow Diversity to deliver a mix of blended learning and provide additional follow up and support to traditional training. Biznet Solutions' custom application team took on the challenge and delivered. The delivered system allows Diversity Solutions to fulfil their objectives and more with the provision of quick, inexpensive and effective training.

Biznet Solutions' innovative e-Learning application enabled the courses to be built modularly. The system was designed to be fully accessible to people with different learning styles and access requirements. A plain English approach was taken on all content and associated functionality. The system is voice enabled and complies with W3C standards with AA compliancy rating.

The core e-learning engine allows for the creation and tracking of online training courses using content in any format. Interactive elements were integrated with online questions and online certification is available. A full audit trail of course delivery is incorporated with a suite of customisable management reports.
